1. Description of Service

Dress Virtually provides artificial intelligence-powered virtual try-on services. By uploading an image of a person and an image of a garment, our service outputs a merged image showing how the garment appears on the person. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal visualization purposes.

2. User Accounts & Credits

• Account SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
• PurchasesCredits are purchased via our secure payment provider (Dodo Payments). All credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits expire after 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Data & Acceptable Use

You retain all rights to any images you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a temporary license solely to process and deliver the generated results. You agree NOT to:

• —Upload explicitly explicit, harmful, or illegal materials.
• —Upload images of individuals without their explicit consent.
• —Use the service for bulk generation intended for commercial resale without an explicit commercial license from Dress Virtually.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without notice.
